PURCHASE INFORMATION
- The voucher will be sent to your email immediately after payment. 
- You can write your personal dedication on the voucher.
- Do not hesitate to purchase another voucher from our offer. You can combine vouchers for one purchase via the "Continue shopping" button in the order.
- If you wish to invoice the company, please enter the company ID number before payment.
 
BOOKING
- The voucher can only be used for the services of the Pub Kuszmann's Bazaar restaurant during standard opening hours.
- To redeem the voucher, a reservation is required by calling +421 52 285 3503 or by emailing reservations@hotellomica.sk.
- Reservations are required at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and are subject to confirmation by our reservations department.
- The voucher can be used for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
 
FURTHER INFORMATION
- Please inform us in advance of any food intolerances and allergies.
- Pets are not allowed inside.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
- The voucher is a one-time voucher and no value is issued from the voucher.
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge at least 24 hours before the booked date.
- In case of cancellation later than 24 hours before the date, the voucher will be marked as exhausted and cannot be used again.
- The voucher cannot be cancelled or exchanged for other services.
